St.George

Layne has not worked in a week now due to the government shutdown.  Things are a little gloomy around here, but we are trying to take advantage of the time we have together.  Last Tuesday his boss told him that it would be a good idea for us to go visit family so we thought about it for about five seconds, and decided to head to St. George for a few days.  We are so overly grateful for my sister who is always so kind to us when we visit.
We literally had no plans which was really nice. Hayley watched Wren one morning and Layne and I went to Chuckawalla for a nice long trail run.  It was perfect, and I was able to try out my new running shoes!  We were also able to attend a session in the temple.  I love the St. George temple.  It always feel like home. We spent our first two years of marriage attending that temple, and we also served in the baptistry. Makes me home sick! Thank goodness Hayley lives there.
The St. George marathon was also going on so we went to the finish line to cheer on some friends. Super inspiring. One of my sisters old clients got pushed by his dad in a wheelchair. It was so cool to cheer them on!
Next week we are heading back up to Utah to Wayne county to meet up with the Papenfi and my family for pictures.  I FINALLY get to meet my nephew, Camden.
Conference was perfect, as always. On sunday morning we went over to Chris and Abby's for a big breakfast with a few other families. It was delicious! Here are the few pictures I did take this weekend

This is what a lot of my weekend consisted of
