Wren at 15 weeks

Wren in a nutshell at 15 weeks

* Loves to be rocked and sang to sleep, she has become a little picky though with who puts her to sleep. Layne used to put her to sleep every night but now she gets a little upset if it is not mommy.
* She is starting to giggle more and more. Sweet music to our ears!
* Total outdoor baby. Loves digging in the dirt with daddy.
* She is learning how to grab everything, and first things first.... always goes in her little mouth.
* She does not really enjoy tummy time so we are still working on rolling over more. She has maybe rolled over about 5 times.
* Loves to smile and smile. She is always so happy in the mornings after she gets her tummy all filled up. We call this "Morning giggles." One of the best parts of the day!

As for Layne and I we are slowly adjusting to being parents. It is so hard but yet so rewarding at the same time.  Layne was able to go on a work trip down into the Grand Canyon with some other employees.  He had such a fantastic time.  He is lucky to have had such an opportunity.

While he was away Wren and I went to stay with Auntie Hayley in St. George. She is always so good to us when we come to visit. We shopped, swam, and played with friends and let us not forget eating at Alveros like five times! . I was able to see my good friend Kelcy and her baby Mace. She basically saved my life everyday with her encouraging texts when  Wren was born!

Flagstaff summers are beautiful even though it has been 90 the past few days the nights cool down to about 45! Makes for nice running weather as well.   This summer we hope to take Wren down to Sedona and do some fun hikes! Now that we have a car (Oh yea, we bought a car) that can get us places we are excited to explore the back roads a little more.

Our New Subaru Forester. We feel like true Flag people now

We are lucky to have a little fireplace in our backyard. What is summer without  smores?

Love our play dates with Jayden, Charlie, and Emmalee
